I recently was pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail from Mel Stone.  So in lieu of posting a painting this week, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge him.

It was a very exciting day for me to have him come to my place and be interviewed for the television segment on the 11 news.   In the years since, I have continued to paint and be inspired by nature, which is clearly displayed within my art work.   I sincerely want to thank him for the exposure and a day that I will never forget!
